COST
Checking and paying the Bills
 Paying the Monthly water & electricity utility bills. Your Buildings & contents insurance and earthquake insurance can be paid on your behalf. Any additional bills which need to be paid can also be arranged.
£100 PER YEAR
Monthly Winter Care
 Storms and bad weather during the winter season mean that a winter care service for your property is essential. While you are not there, a multitude of things could happen. We keep an eye on your property, both inside and out, checking the water supply and pipes to heating during your absence. Should running repairs be required we will complete the work needed on your behalf. (Full written authorization is required before any major repair work is undertaken.)
£100 PER YEAR
Inspection of Property and Security Checks
 If you need someone to keep a regular eye on your property while you are not there, then on each site visit we will check your property inside and out, this includes: On the outside; checking doors, windows and shutters & alarms. Making sure any outbuildings, sheds etc are all secure and undamaged. Emptying mail boxes and forwarding on or dealing with post. Checking both gutters and down pipes for any damage or blockages. On the inside; checking for leaks and any other signs of damage.
£10 PER VISIT
POOL CLEANING
 We can arrange Pool maintenance for you to ensure that your swimming pool is kept in good running order by checking on the installation (pump, filter, heating, etc) for good functionality and on the water quality on a regular basis. We add the necessary cleaning products and clean the pool and filtration system. Furthermore we can take care of the start up and closing down of the installation at the start and the end of the season.

FURNITURE
 If you require any help in furnishing your property, then we can help you. We can take you to furniture stores that cater for every taste and price range. If you require we can even have your property furnished for when you arrive.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

We do Airport transfers to and from;

Bodrum, Izmir, Dalaman

Please give one weeks notice and flight details when booking.

 When you buy a property it is normal practice for the builder not to clean it, this is left to the new owners. We will clean your property ready for the furniture to go in, and a second time to make your property ready for your stay
