Interest Free Payment Plan

Green Forest Residence is being sold with a unique 10 year interest free payment plan. This makes the possibility of owning a luxury home in the sun easier than ever, and allows more people to make their dreams of owning oversea problem come true.

It is completely interest free, and not subject to status.

How it works

Initial Deposit (€8000) - When you sign the property sales contract, you pay the initial deposit of €8000. This is secured by a bank guarantee to ensure you money is safe every step of the way.
First Stage Payment (€7000) - On the 1st October 2007 a further €7000 is due. At this point the majority of the main construction will be complete, so you can see your new apartment starting to take shape.
Second Stage Payment (€8000) - On the 1st April 2008 another €8000 is due. At this stage the internal construction will be on it's way.
Third Stage Payments (6 x €1050) - From the 1st of May 2008 until 1st October 2008, there are 6 monthly payments of €1050. By the last of these payments, your apartment will be complete, and you will have the key and title deeds. Although you will have full ownership of the completed apartment at this stage, to date you will have paid only €29,300
Monthly Payments - The final balance is paid in equal monthly payments spread over the next 10 years. The amount of these payment depends on the individual apartment, please see below for further details.
