Notes to the Rental Rates

Payment Type 50% of the rental rate is being taken just after the reservation, the rest is being taken cash during the first day in the villa. You can do your payments by money transfer.
Deposit £ 150 deposit is being taken.
Electricity / Water Electricity and water costs are included in the rental rate.
Telephone Costs Telephone costs are included in the rental rate.
Cleaning Fee Cleaning fee is included in the rental rate and the cleaning is being made one day in a week. In the long term rentings the extra cleaning is subject to payment ( £35 )
